PAYMENT PLAN TERMS - Somedays Festival 2025 

Tickets for Somedays Fest 2026 can be bought by paying the purchase price over five (5) instalments. Payment by instalments is available to any customer purchasing a ticket subject to ticket availability. The first instalment must be paid within the Eligibility Period.

The full price of your festival ticket purchase will be displayed on the checkout page, and the total amount will be charged in instalments on the specified due dates as outlined during checkout.

1. Instalment Payment Schedule

  • Instalments are due at regular intervals as stated on the checkout page.

  • The first instalment is charged immediately upon purchase.

  • Each subsequent instalment will be automatically charged to your payment method on or around the specified due dates.

2. Payment Conditions

  • All instalments are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is fully cancelled or materially altered as defined in the Somedays Festival 2026 Terms & Conditions.

  • Your ticket is only valid once all instalments have been paid in full.

  • If your card is declined, the system will try to take payment again within 7 working days, for 2 consecutive weeks. If it fails after 3 attempts, you will be required to pay the remaining balance in full.

3. Non-Payment and Ticket Cancellation

  • If a payment is not made in full by the due date and no alternative payment method is provided within five (5) days:

    • You will lose all previously paid instalments.

    • Your ticket(s) will be void and cannot be reinstated.

  • Subject to availability, Somedays Festival may, at its discretion, allow you to restart instalments to regain a valid ticket. You must contact support@somedaysfest.com to make such a request. However, availability is not guaranteed.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that adequate funds are available on your payment method for all instalment due dates.

  • You must ensure that your credit or debit card remains valid throughout the instalment period. Failure to update your payment details before an instalment due date may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Festival tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase, except as outlined in the Somedays Festival 2026 Terms & Conditions.

  • If the event is cancelled or materially altered, refunds will be processed in accordance with Somedays Festival 2026’s official refund policy.

  • If a customer cancels their ticket, they will lose their deposit and any previously paid instalments. Somedays Festival 2026 may, at its sole discretion, approve cancellations but will not refund instalments already paid.

6. Force Majeure & Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), refunds will follow the Somedays Festival 2026 refund policy.
